Account and Finance Strategy Manager

 

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience
Expected CTC: 20-25 LPA (negotiable)
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Chartered Accountant 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Record Maintenance

·     Maintaining proper books of accounts

·     Investment accounting along with its proper documentation

·     Payroll checking and its tax working

 

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

·     Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

·     Ensure payables and receivables are functioning as per the set protocols and identify the improvement areas.

 

Reconciliation:

·     Bank, Vendor’s and customer’s ledger reconciliation.

·     GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation

·     Investment accounting and closing

·      

 

Financial and other Reporting:

·     Balance sheets and profit/loss accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards

·     Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS

·     Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax

·     Prepaid schedule

 

Auditing:

·     Coordination with internal and external auditors to provide requirements

 

Compliance:

·     Tax compliances including direct tax, TDS, TCS, GST and RERA

·     Compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.

 

Soft Skills

·     Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

·     Strong ethics to handle sensitive financial information honestly

·     Communication and presentation abilities
