Assistant HR Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager supports in overseeing daily human resources operations, implementing HR policies, and managing employee-related processes. This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Support recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support performance appraisal and employee development programs

Handle employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution

Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Support training and development initiatives

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management

Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling

Qualifications
